How do bikes arrive and is assembly required?

Most bikes arrive 85% to 95% pre-assembled in a large box. You will typically need to install the front wheel, pedals, handlebars, and seat post. We include a basic tool kit and step-by-step video guides to help you get on the road in under 30 minutes.

How do I choose the correct frame size?

Each product page features a detailed size chart based on height and inseam measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for increased stability.

What is your return policy for bicycles?

We offer a 30-day ride guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your bike, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. The bike must be in clean, like-new condition and returned in its original packaging.

Do your bikes come with a warranty?

Yes, all our bikes come with a manufacturer's warranty. Typically, this includes a lifetime warranty on the frame for the original owner and a 12-month warranty on components against manufacturing defects.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping usually takes between 3 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your bike leaves our warehouse.
